Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION:

No cancellation charges applied if cancellation is made with at least 3 days notice. If cancellation is made later or guests do not arrive as per reservation, the first night will be charged for and the reservation will be cancelled.

PAYMENT:

Payment by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
The apartment must be left in the same condition it was found in. Smoking inside the apartments is strictly forbidden. Figueres Apartments is not liable for any items left or forgotten in the apartments.
Any items found will be kept at Reception for 3 months.
No pets allowed.
Any damage must be paid for by the guest.
For stays of more than one week, we offer cleaning service and change of bedding and towels (free of charge).

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES OF APARTMENTS:

Arrival from 16h to 19h
Departure from 9h to 11h

All arrivals after 20pm, will have a surcharge of 25 €
All departures after 11H will have a surcharge of 25 €
